It is a new house located in the best area of Oeiras, ten minutes by foot from the beach, five from railway station (time till Lisbon is 18 minutes, and the central station has connections with metro, bus, and ferries).

It is possible to use living-room, kitchen, and garage.

There are two short hair cats in the house, and it is highly preferible somebody with a calm activity and calm life and habits, in general. By the way, non-smoker.

Maybe it seems too much restrictions, but the atmosphere is friendly.

The site has a big bug about place of location...I needed to tell that the place is Paço de Arcos but, in fact, it is in Oeiras as already mentioned.
